We are looking for a SAP FI Service Manager with proven experience in managing SAP Financial services, to lead and coordinate services within complex corporate environments.
The role requires a profile with a strong functional background in SAP Finance, solid experience in service management, and a high level of English (C1) to interact with international stakeholders. Knowledge of Treasury will be highly valued.
🛠 Responsibilities
• End‑to‑end management of SAP FI services, ensuring quality, continuity, and SLA compliance.
• Coordination with functional and technical teams in SAP financial environments.
• Acting as the main point of contact with clients and stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
• Operational service follow‑up, incident prioritization, and demand management.
• Ensuring proper service evolution and continuous improvement.
• Reporting on service status, risks, and performance metrics.
💻 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Service Manager in SAP FI services.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance.
• Experience managing SAP services in corporate environments.
• English level C1 (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Nice to have
• Knowledge of SAP Treasury.
