🚀 Role Overview
Do you have experience recruiting SAP talent and an active network of professionals in Portugal?
Do you understand the SAP ecosystem and the different types of SAP projects?
If so, this role could be a great fit for you.
🧩 What You Will Do
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for SAP functional, technical, hybrid and leadership roles
• Run strategic sourcing within Portugal (key requirement: active SAP talent network in Portugal)
• Assess candidates with experience in different SAP versions and technologies (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, SuccessFactors)
• Recruit for implementation projects, S/4HANA migrations, rollouts, AMS and integration initiatives
• Partner with hiring managers and international teams to understand needs and priorities
🔎 What We Are Looking For
• Strong experience recruiting SAP roles: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HCM, SF, ABAP, BTP, Basis, Architects, Project Managers, and others
• Solid understanding of the SAP ecosystem and its core technologies
• Active SAP talent base in Portugal (mandatory)
• Advanced Spanish, Portuguese and English
• Autonomous, organized, results-driven profile
➕ Nice to Have
• Experience recruiting IT profiles such as:
– Developers (Java, .NET, Full Stack)
– Cloud Architects
– QA / Testing
– DevOps / SRE
– Data / BI / Analytics
