🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP WMS & Warehouse Solution Architect to join an international consulting project focused on warehouse assessment, solution architecture, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) strategy.
The role is ideal for senior professionals with strong experience in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and enterprise WMS solutions, capable of leading assessment engagements, defining future-state operating models, and recommending the most suitable WMS architecture based on business and technical requirements.
🛠 Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end warehouse assessment and WMS strategy engagements.
- Analyze current (As-Is) warehouse and distribution processes.
- Define future-state (To-Be) warehouse operating models.
- Gather and document business, operational, and functional requirements.
- Perform WMS capability assessments and Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Evaluate and recommend WMS solutions from a vendor-neutral perspective.
- Define high-level solution architecture and integration requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Develop implementation roadmaps, risk assessments, and solution recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
💻 Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Technology, Logistics Systems, or WMS Consulting.
- Proven experience leading WMS assessments, warehouse transformation, or solution selection projects.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Experience defining As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Experience gathering and documenting functional and business requirements.
- Strong experience performing WMS Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Experience evaluating or implementing enterprise WMS solutions.
- Solid understanding of ERP and WMS integrations.
- Experience facilitating workshops and executive presentations.
