🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale SAP initiatives involving both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex SAP programs, driving governance and compliance activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution across business and technical teams.

• Manage SAP programs and initiatives across ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
• Coordinate project activities, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor program scope, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage communication between business, functional, and technical teams.
• Support strategic decision-making and escalation management.
• Drive continuous improvements and program performance.
• Ensure successful execution of complex SAP-related initiatives.
💻 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management roles.
• Proven experience managing large and complex SAP programs.
• Strong experience with SAP SD/MM environments.
• Experience managing initiatives involving both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with multiple teams, vendors, and business units.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and project governance processes.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
